When you purchase or receive any service/session or package offered through the website https://hayleyzammit.com, or any scheduling application, engage in an in online video or audio session or email session, communicate with Hayley in a professional capacity and/or consume any content Hayley has created or co-created, you agree to and with the following terms, conditions, statements, disclaimers and policies.

Disclosure Policy

Hayley Zammit is a participant in the Google Adsense Program and an affiliate for Sounds True and Aura Health. She may receive a commission for clicking on links on the website or purchasing a product.

Sales, Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

It is understood that rescheduling of sessions can be needed from time to time. A minimum of 24 hours notice must be given for rescheduling of the session to be offered. All sales are non-refundable.

When you purchase and schedule a session/s with Hayley, you agree to meet at a certain time and date. This agreement is expected to be enacted. For all scheduled sessions, Hayley is unable to wait more than fifteen minutes past your scheduled session start time, and the session will still end at the scheduled end time. if you are more than fifteen minutes late for your scheduled session, the session will be considered cancelled. The calendar time/session spots on the booking system is in New Zealand timezone (NZT) unless otherwise changed by you by selecting a different timezone. If you are booking a session you will figure out your time/day in your timezone depending on where you are in the world.

If any of your contact information, or other given or requested information is given incorrectly by you (e.g. spelling mistakes, giving the wrong username or email address) Hayley is not liable for any consequences of these actions (such as missing or not receiving your service/session). Should this happen, the policies, disclaimers, terms and conditions communicated on this page still apply in full.

At times Hayley may need to reschedule, postpone, cancel or terminate services/sessions and/or communications. In such cases, as much notice as possible will be given to the client/consumer.

If at any time Hayley, in her sole discretion, determines that your needs are beyond the scope of services offered, Hayley reserves the right to recommend additional support and/or terminate sessions. In such cases as much resource and/or referral will be provided where reasonably possible.

The non-exclusive and royalty free meditation scripts allows you to use the content as many times as you like , but you will not own the copyright. Other buyers may have already purchased the script or may buy it after you. In addition, Hayley Zammit retains rights to publish the content elsewhere. You may not sell or redistribute the script as is, you must create something new with it and deliver the content in another way such as creating a audio meditation or speaking it out loud to a client. It is encouraged that you give credit to the writer but it is not a must, but you cannot claim yourself as the original author of the original script. By purchasing a royalty free script legally you do not have to pay the creator royalties each time you use it as long as you follow the rules stated above.

License For Pre-Written Blogs / articles (exclusive & full rights)

The exclusive and full rights blogs and/or articles and custom meditations gives you total control and ownership of the content. It has never been published elsewhere, and the author (Hayley Zammit) will never sell it again. You may also resell the content, give it away, post it on websites you do not own, and even name yourself as the author.

Disclaimer for any Energy Healing or Sound Healing offerings

A Sound Bath or Distance Healing Session is not a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis treatment or medications. Nor is it a one-to-one therapeutic session. Practitioners do not diagnose conditions, nor do they prescribe substances or perform medical treatment, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional.

Please note that all guests are responsible for their own health and wellbeing during and after a sound bath or energy healing session.

Contraindications

Pregnancy

If you are pregnant please seek advice from a medical professional before taking receiving a sound healing. As a baby is forming, very loud or sharp sounds can be detrimental to the baby's health if its brain is not fully formed yet - therefore we do not recommended this service for a woman under 12 weeks pregnant also12 weeks before birth. However during the pregnancy you may seek pain relief or want to ease pain in the body and relax or perhaps build a close connection with your baby if this is the case and you get clearance from a medical professional we can create a personalized sound healing audio for you.

Epilepsy

According to the Epilepsy Action support services there is a rare form of epilepsy, where music or sound (bells, music, humming, buzzing, animals, and car horns, etc.) can trigger an epileptic seizure. The sound is usually very unique to the person who will usually be aware of their own triggers. This is linked to those people with brain lesions which are usually detected early in life and most clients will be fully aware of their condition and triggers and would more than likely avoid this type of treatment. Sound Baths are not suitable for people with epilepsy.

Implants or plates in the body or a pace maker in your heart (metal plates, pins, ball joints in particular)

An implant is a medical synthetic device manufactured to replace or support or enhance a biological structure. The surface of implants that are in contact with the body might be made of a biomedical material such as titanium, silicone, or apatite. In some cases implants contain electronics e.g. artificial pacemaker and cochlear implants. The vibrations we experience through sound healing may cause discomfort through the vibration of the sound and the implant or even disrupt its function. It is highly recommended seek advice from your GP.

Currency

All our offerings are available globally. All our prices are in New Zealand Dollars. You will not be charged GST as Hayley is not GST Registered at this stage. You will not receive a tax invoice for your purchase.

It is your responsibility to provide the correct details when you place your online order. hayleyzammit.com will not be held responsible for any incorrect information you provide. For downloadable digital products you must download the file to your computer once emailed to you as the link will expire after 30 days.
